I took some purple wraaaaath yesterday, but I was too tired to work out.
Took some purple wraath today. Worked out. Wasn’t impressed. I did 12 sets of curls, 12 sets dips, 5 sets machine flys, 3 sets wrist curls. 32 total sets. Kinda swollen, kinda vascular, but not that great. I’ve had better pumps with no Xplode, NO shotgun, and Trac Extreme NO, AND with a combo of redline and pump rtd. While I was dealing with A1nutrition’s BS and then waiting for my Bodybuilding.com order, I combined Redline RTD and Pump RTD. Worked pretty well.
