A few things
I wanna be BIG!
So apparently my arms are small, and I’m p*ssed. I’m going to focus on my biceps and triceps (and traps because I think they could also use a little work) for the next few weeks and see if I can’t make some progress.
Tonight I did about 35 total sets, 12 various curls, 8 dips,6 shrugs, 3 front press, 6 rows.
rested last night.
night before, did about 37 total sets bunch of stuff. Ah fine I’ll list it. 3 sets chest fly, 3 shrugs, 12 curls, 8 dips, 3 sets triceps pull down or whatever, 8 sets pull ups. that should add up to 37 unless I missed something.
night before THAT I rested.
worked out 3 nights in a row before THAT.
blah blah blah . .. focusing on arms.
Purple wrath should arrive tomorrow. It feels like christmas. I’m jonesing to try this purple wrath.

For what it’s worth, from what I see in your pictures your arms are well proportioned - but I sure understand you wanting them bigger. But if I were you I would focus on Triceps and then Biceps. Remember, most of the mass in the arm is in the triceps and oddly enough big triceps will make the biceps look even bigger too. Of course, any chest work will also work out the tris, but my arms were at their biggest when I was benching the most. Just a suggestion to consider. Good luck and keep at it - those arms will grow!
