Update
I took yesterday off. Worked out today. 7 Sets Seated Leg Press, 7 Sets Pull ups, 7 Sets Dips, 7 Sets Chest Flyes. 28 sets total in a little over an hour. I would have gone faster but the weight room was packed when I went in. I was surprised it was so crowded so late in the evening. 9 pm. But it had thinned out by about 9:30 or 9:45. I want some lean mass dang it.
