One month . . .

It’s been almost one month since I set up my profile on bodyspace.  I’m trying to decide if I should take and post progress pictures or if I should wait.  I’m trying to decide if I should do progress photos every month, 3 months, or 6 months.  OR not at all?  I want there to be noticeable differences between progress pics and I don’t know if 1 month has made that much of a visible difference.

I also made a a couple short term goals who’s due dates are coming up.  By August 1st, I wanted to get my bench to 200 lbs and my bodyfat down to 9%.  I’ve made progress, but I don’t think I’ll reach either of those goals.  That doesn’t really bother me because I never set due dates BEFORE I was on body space.  I set intermediate goals and I reached them when I reached them.  I don’t care WHEN I reach them as long as it doesn’t take FOREVER.

That is all.

Well, all I can say is back in the day I wish I had taken more progress pictures (i.e. I didn’t take any on a regular basis), but I also wonder if 1 month is worth it. I guess I would go with yes, if only so you can create a neat animated avatar later showing your progress over the course of a year or so (LOL).
