Drained.
I’ve tried working out the last couple days, Sunday and Monday, but I’ve felt drained each time. I start lifting and I’m just WEAK! So in the last couple days, I’ve only managed to do a few sets of curls and pullups. I’m hoping I’ll feel better today so I can get in a decent workout. I suppose it’s possible I’ve overtrained and my body needs a little time to rest and rebuild. Or I’m just a weak pathetic girrrrrly man. I’ll try again today and see how it goes.
