Drained . . . part 2
Alright, after writing that last blog entry, I’m p*ssed off. I’m ticked. I’m gonna workout today, and I’m gonna kick *ss. There’s no way I’m gonna wimp out of another workout for the third day in a row. I don’t care how tired or weak I feel. I’m gonna workout, and I’m gonna kick *ss whether my body likes it or not. I’m tired of this. Enough.

I’m glad you’re motivated - and heaven knows I’ve had enough days like the past couple you’ve described (no energy, tough to finish a workout) but if it goes on another day or two you may seriously want to take a couple days off to recuperate. Overtraining has a way of sneaking up when you don’t suspect it…good luck I know you’ll work through these "blahs" one way or another and get back on track!
