You’re right on, thanks for the comment. "blah" is exactly how I would describe the last two days .. . just blahhhhh. However, I DID manage to get in a good workout today. Like I said, I was p*ssed off! I was sick of underperforming, because I know I’m better than that. So I got in 40 sets. DB Curls, EZ Bar curls, Bench Dips, DB Kickbacks, DB Overhead Extensions, Wide Grip Pullups, BB Bentover Row, BB Shrugs. [That’s 2 exercises for biceps, 3 for triceps, and 3 for back (I count traps as back; I know SOME consider traps to be shoulders)] It’s no PRO bodybuilder’s workout. I know there are a million guys on here who do more sets than me, but I feel pretty good about it. SOME DAY, I WILL do 80 sets in a day .. . . that’s probably about a year off . . . or more, but I DO expect to be doing that eventually as my strength and endurance increase. That will be a great day indeed.
Anyway, 40 sets today so I’ll be taking tomorrow off. AH! I get to eat Fuddrucker’s tomorrow.
