Another Saturday.
Didn’t work out yesterday. Spent the first half of the day with my girlfriend, then went to work. Went to bed at 2 am for the second night in a row! Not good. Oh well.
Worked out today, early afternoon. Benchpress, Pullups, EZ Bar Curls close grip, Dips, DB Curls. Good pump and burn. When I get back from work tonight, I’ll do Shrugs, Bentover Rows, DB Flys, and Squats (because I NEVER work my legs!). Feeling pretty good.
