Got in a workout last night. I didn’t have much time and had to cut it short, but it was still pretty good. I got a good pump and burn. I expect that means I’ll get results. Biceps and Triceps. 18 Sets.
I finally got below 10% a few days ago. . .. Now, I need to get down to 9%.
I set a short term goal and the deadline is coming up soon. The goal is to increase my benchpress one rep max to 200. I’ve made gains since I set the goal, but I dunno if I’ll meet the deadline. We shall see.
I REALLY feel like I should be in class. Good grief, I’m jonesing for some school!!! Gimme some school!!! What the hell is wrong with me?! LOL. I wish this retarded summer would just end, so I can get back into class. (I’ve been out of SMU for the last few years . . . did some growing up . . . SO READY to get BACK into school!) AAHAHAHHAAHAAAAAAAAAHH!!!!! B.S.F.A. baby!!!! Go Mustangs!!! Ahhhhhhh!!!!

Congratulations on getting your bodyfat even lower! I’m sure the good pump means good things, too.
