11 weeks out!!
Hey everyone,
I’m 11 weeks out from the Southwest Michigan and feeling great. I am 195lbs and hoping to weight on stage at about 185lbs. I am doing a few things different this year with the diet to try to maintain a little more size. I am keeping fats around 50 grams/day. I also put a progress pic up and you can see slight change, not much yet though.
I am also still in the running for 2009 Best body on Bodyspace. If you havn’t voted already I sure could use your help. I am in 4th and 10 votes form 3rd. Here’s the link.

What does your pre-contest diet look like?

My pre-contest diet is the same as contest diet except more calories and I allow my self cheat meals on the weekends. I always tell people if they are trying to gain size eat 500 calories more then your body needs of healthy foods. I typically eat 6-7 times a day with alot of protein, medium carbs and medium healthy fats.
