No more WEIGHTing!
Tuesdays are my off lifting days. Just cardio for me today! can’t wait for chest and triceps tomorrow though! Today im taking cardio outside. Gonna do some jumprope, sprints, bodyweight lunges, suicides, jogging, etc.
Also has anyone taken or have any feedback on Beverly Int. Ultra 40? and BSNs cheaters relief? im looking at both of them, wondering if they’re any good or just waste of money. let me know please!
