					<description>Well,I would lose the fruit except for the apple with the first meal after your workout. Fruit has too much sugar and will stoer as fat. Other than that,it looks good if your trying to lose weight.In plac of the fruit,I woul add natural peanut butter,and/or dry roasted,unsalted peanuts,much better for those muscles.</description>
