My diet

I just wanted to post what my typical diet looks like and see what you guys think.

Meal 1: Smoothie with 1/2 cup low fat yogurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 scoop protein powder(20g)

Meal 2: 4 hard boiled egg whites, 1 orange

Meal 3: 1/2 chicken grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup baked yam, 1 apple

Meal 4: 1/2 ezekial english muffin, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 kiwi

Meal 5: raw spinach salad with 4oz bison steak or salmon orĀ scallops orĀ tuna, raw veggies

    Well,I would lose the fruit except for the apple with the first meal after your workout. Fruit has too much sugar and will stoer as fat. Other than that,it looks good if your trying to lose weight.In plac of the fruit,I woul add natural peanut butter,and/or dry roasted,unsalted peanuts,much better for those muscles.
