My diet
Monday, December 22nd, 2008I just wanted to post what my typical diet looks like and see what you guys think.
Meal 1: Smoothie with 1/2 cup low fat yogurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 scoop protein powder(20g)
Meal 2: 4 hard boiled egg whites, 1 orange
Meal 3: 1/2 chicken grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup baked yam, 1 apple
Meal 4: 1/2 ezekial english muffin, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 kiwi
Meal 5: raw spinach salad with 4oz bison steak or salmon orĀ scallops orĀ tuna, raw veggies
