					<description>Sounds awesome, I'd just switch the pre and post W/O around a little have a slow digesting carb a couple of hours before you W/O and a fast digesting carb as soon as you finish for recovery (so your apple after you work out) other than that it looks like a really good clean bulk, if your up 14lbs already your doing it right.</description>

					<description>I'm hoping not to be offensive but I don't think your training in the right rep range bro, 235lb bench is impressive, really impressive in fact but training for strength and training for mass gains are a little different, I think if you were to drop the weight and train within 8-12 reps you notice more of a change, bear in mind it won't be overnight. with a 225 bench for 5 I think you should try around 175-200lbs for reps of 12. failing anywhere between 8-12. eating enough and training that way should work imho</description>
