Spring
Tuesday, April 7th, 2009Now i know usually, spring is a time when everyone starts to shred down but i decided that there was no point in peeling the fat off if theres no muscle underneath, so a few weeks ago i started bulking. Heres the Diet so far. BF1 whey shake n cup of rice crispies in milk. BF2 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, usually hashbrowns and 2 wheat toast, cup of oatmeal. Snack, Cup of peaches, wheat crackers w nat PB. Lunch, 2 4 oz turkey sandwiches, 4 whole wheat bread, 2 cups mixed salad, lite balsamic vinegar. Pre workout, whey shake and Apple. Post workout, Bagel w jelly(not whole wheat), 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein shake.Dinner-8 of steak, chicken, or hamburger, 2 cups salad w lite balsamic vinegar, and a cup of brown rice. Before bed, Cup of oatmeal, Cup of yogurt, 1 oz walnuts, 2 scoop casein shake. what do you think? so far im up ~14 lbs, maybe 1 or 2% bf increase so far. let me know!
