Monday, November 17th, 2008so.. i have seen some real strength increases in most of my lifts. the ones i keep close track of have all been steadily going up, my bench is up to 225 x 4 or 235 x 1 from under 200 lbs to start. bicep curl, pullups, ive noticed large increases across the board. So why havent i seen any changes in my body really at all. I eat Clean, and i eat plenty of food. I would really like to see an increase in the size of my arms but this doesnt seem to be happening. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated. Until then, ill just keep on truckin.
