Now i know usually, spring is a time when everyone starts to shred down but i decided that there was no point in peeling the fat off if theres no muscle underneath, so a few weeks ago i started bulking. Heres the Diet so far. BF1 whey shake n cup of rice crispies in milk. BF2 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, usually hashbrowns and 2 wheat toast, cup of oatmeal. Snack, Cup of peaches, wheat crackers w nat PB. Lunch, 2 4 oz turkey sandwiches, 4 whole wheat bread, 2 cups mixed salad, lite balsamic vinegar. Pre workout, whey shake and Apple. Post workout, Bagel w jelly(not whole wheat), 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein shake.Dinner-8 of steak, chicken, or hamburger, 2 cups salad w lite balsamic vinegar, and a cup of brown rice. Before bed, Cup of oatmeal, Cup of yogurt, 1 oz walnuts, 2 scoop casein shake. what do you think? so far im up ~14 lbs, maybe 1 or 2% bf increase so far. let me know!

so.. i have seen some real strength increases in most of my lifts. the ones i keep close track of have all been steadily going up, my bench is up to 225 x 4 or 235 x 1 from under 200 lbs to start. bicep curl, pullups, ive noticed large increases across the board. So why havent i seen any changes in my body really at all. I eat Clean, and i eat plenty of food. I would really like to see an increase in the size of my arms but this doesnt seem to be happening. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated. Until then, ill just keep on truckin.

The beginning of a new life. Ive just started to become more serious about getting myself in shape. Just started the supplements yesterday and looking forward to a change. While Ive always been in good cardio shape for triathalons and volleyball, its time to add some lean muscle to the frame. While Im jealous of guys like Rage and Nick Edge, they both are a inspiration and show the results of hard hard work. Hopefully, Today is the beginning of the rest of my life. Wish me luck!
