Another year older!

Well, I hit the big 4-2 today… Yikes! I really don’t feel it, except this week I had a full work schedule, so (naturally) my workout program suffered. I still need to find that balance between work, and my fitness regimen. Anyway…

Back in the groove!

OK, I’m going back on my program full-on, starting today. I was sick last week, and for some reason totally lethargic this past week, but now I’m psyched-up, and ready to blast! I’m going to the gym in 15 minutes to hit shoulders and I’m going hard’n'heavy!
