Does anyone have a good mass building program that I can use during the wrestling season?

I was taught to lift heavy. I perform 3 sets. 1st set I try to max out at 8 reps. 2nd set I add weight and try to max out at 5 or 6 reps. 3rd set I add weight again and max out at 2 or 3 reps. I try to keep rest between sets to 1 minute. Basically, you recover as much as your going to recover after 1 minute. By keeping rest to no longer than 1 minute keeps you heart rate is slightly elevated and a little more fat burning. In that 1st set, if I am able to do 10 or more reps, I will add weight next time. I do 2 body parts (3 exercises per body part) per workout plus abs every day.
I hope this is helpful.
