What a awesome week, big strides were made from last week. I really feel stronger and was able to get through all my sets with little or no problems. When I started I could only bench 135 lbs. a few times. In week four I was able to bust out a whole set of ten reps with 135 lbs and I maxed out at 185 lbs. WHAT A RUSH!! Going into week five all my weights that I train with are going to increase. I am finding that lifting can be alot like golf. You can be terrible hole after hole after hole and swear to never play again and then hit one great shot and be ready to play another 18 holes. Last week was a not so great week that had me a little bummed but this week was great and its fueling the addiction to PRESS ON…………………………………
