I am just starting to get over my illness. I think I had bronchitis. That really slowed me down on my cardio but I never missed a day on the weights. I am pumped about some of the strides I have made. I recently maxed out on the bench at 225! For me this was awesome! Hoping that I will be back to 100% soon. PRESS ON…………………..

Still workin hard but I have been sick for most of week 5 going into week 6. Being sick has really put a damper on trying to increase weights and push myself harder. So until I am better I am just going to stick with the workout I had in place for myself. When I am better it will be time to PRESS ON…………………………….

What a awesome week, big strides were made from last week. I really feel stronger and was able to get through all my sets with little or no problems. When I started I could only bench 135 lbs. a few times. In week four I was able to bust out a whole set of ten reps with 135 lbs and I maxed out at 185 lbs. WHAT A RUSH!! Going into week five all my weights that I train with are going to increase. I am finding that lifting can be alot like golf. You can be terrible hole after hole after hole and swear to never play again and then hit one great shot and be ready to play another 18 holes. Last week was a not so great week that had me a little bummed but this week was great and its fueling the addiction to PRESS ON…………………………………

Week three was a boring week for me. I didnt feel like I gained much in strength or endurance. It felt like I flat lined from the end of week two to the begining of week four. Hopefully week four things improve. PRESS ON……………………

I AM WRITING IN MY BLOG BECAUSE I HAD A VERY FRUSTRATING DAY AT THE GYM. I IMPROVED IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF CHEST EXERCISES. TODAY I COULDNT BREAK LAST WEEKS PLATEAU AND IT BUMMED ME OUT. I WAS HOPING FOR A IMPROVEMENT BUT THINGS JUST STAYED THE SAME. THIS IS PROBABLY NORMAL BUT JUST THOUGHT I WOULD WRITE ABOUT IT IN CASE ANYONE ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM AND THINKS THEY ARE ALONE. PRESS ON……………..

Week 2 is over and gone and most of the soreness went with it. I am noticing improvement in strength and form as my body adapts to the workout. Still no dramatic changes in visual but its only been 2 full weeks. PRESS ON………..

6 DAYS OF CARDIO IN THE MORNING AND WEIGHTS AT NIGHT, I AM FEELING GOOD. I ALSO AM VERY SORE ESPECIALLY MY ARMS. NO MAJOR VISUAL CHANGES BUT I WASNT EXPECTING THEM AFTER WEEK ONE. PRESS ON!
