Not feeling the Burn.. :(
Tuesday, June 9th, 2009So I’m just not feeling sore anymore? I worked out really hard yesterday.. I did my back and shoulders and I pushed myself till I couldn’t lift my arms anymore, and I have no soreness at all? Do I need to push harder?
P.s [i know im talking about the Wii again..] but, when I play the Wii Boxing Sports I get really sweaty and I know my heart is beating faster than when im on the treadmill doing cardio
So is that a really effective way of doing cardio? Or am I just crazy? [lol]
