Not feeling the Burn.. :(

So I’m just not feeling sore anymore?  I worked out really hard yesterday.. I did my back and shoulders and I pushed myself till I couldn’t lift my arms anymore, and I have no soreness at all?  Do I need to push harder?
P.s  [i know im talking about the Wii again..]  but, when I play the Wii Boxing Sports I get really sweaty and I know my heart is beating faster than when im on the treadmill doing cardio

So is that a really effective way of doing cardio?   Or am I just crazy? [lol]

you may be overworking your muscles. be patient. change up your work out very often. I took a three month break from the gym so I could start from scratch. Once I started back I weighed 180. I have only been back in the gym for about 4 months and have lost 30 lbs. I am now working to put back on a little size. Anyway, don’t get discouraged whatever you do. That will only hinder your training. Your mood has so much more to do with your fitness goals than just making you not want to go to the gym. Just keep this in the back of your mind. It takes at least 22 days to see any visible results. You will start getting compliments before you know it.

you have to make sure you’re eating enough and frequently enough. when you don’t eat enough, especially protein, your muscles will not be sore because they are not repairing themselves correctly.
