So I’m just not feeling sore anymore? I worked out really hard yesterday.. I did my back and shoulders and I pushed myself till I couldn’t lift my arms anymore, and I have no soreness at all? Do I need to push harder?
P.s [i know im talking about the Wii again..] but, when I play the Wii Boxing Sports I get really sweaty and I know my heart is beating faster than when im on the treadmill doing cardio
So is that a really effective way of doing cardio? Or am I just crazy? [lol]

Well this is my first Blog and I really dont have too much to say except… I bought the Wii, and the Wii Active to go with it and let me tell you
I feel the burn!
I decided I had to get it to help me with cardio, because running is killing my shins and its boring me.. I feel like im getting off track and walking just isnt burning enough calories for me.. so this Wii Acitve it PERFECT! Especially the boxing..its really fun
Thats all really, I advise anyone who is bored with their cardio to get it
& I’ll keep updated with my workout and eating habits for anyone who feels need to give me any opinions/support
