JEEEZ!
Hello,
I really do not want to be negative but I am going to use this blog to vent/rant about some things and then maybe my attitude will change.
1. I have not been working out as intensely as I should be…
2. I am stuffing my face with whatever…not taking my shakes either (out of milk, too lazy and broke to get more)
3. Didn’t go to the gym Tuesday or Wednesday
4. Feel like I am sick
However I went to the store yesterday and tried on a halloween costume and it looked phenomenal…
I DO NOT WANT to get on the scale because I am afraid of what I will find…I am scared that I have gained 3-4 lbs
I feel like shit…
I need to get pumped
What is wrong with me? Does this happen to any of you?

who doesnt it happen to? i ate doughnuts this morning and have been kicking myself in the ass ever since!! just get back on the horse that kicked you off and get back in gear:)

I think we have all been there more times than we want to admit. The real secret is starting over with your very next meal. Forget that you had some donuts, or whatever the cheat was and move forward with your day.
Oh…and you can still have your shake without your milk. Mix it with water and ice, and add a tbs of natural peanut butter. Yummy!!
