THE WEEKEND!
ok I just finished weekend 2 of no alcohol and moving on to week 3 but guess what? I kind of messed up my diet. I went out to 2 different restaurants ( I tried to eat healthy) but it’s just so hard when you are not cooking your own food and know exactly what’s in it…
Saturday night - French restaurant - ordered Salmon over mixed greens and had Mussels for an appetizer (But GOD knows what was in the dressing and what the salmon was baked with)
Sunday night - Seared Ahi Tuna as an app and Crab cakes as an entree (only had like 5 bites of the crab cake entree) but a few bites of Bread pudding as well…
I know that it does not sound that unhealthy but I know it is…and I’m sure you all think it is too…cause you never know what is in the food when it’s prepared by someone else especially a restaurant…
UGH FEEL LIKE SHIT and i just set myself back again…but Ill be back on track …no worries…not the end of the world…

You are allowed a wee treat now and again. It is hard when you eat out though. I am going to try and abstain from alcohol for a few weeks as well when i get home this week. Its not going to be easy, drinking is a national sport over here in Scotland!
