Diet
I need some help. I feel like I am spinning in circles. I workout 1 hr on weights and 45 minutes on cardio 5 x a week. Yet I see minnimal progress. I eat right but I do not if I am eating the right things. I have tried new things like cottage chesse at night and to my surprise it taste good. I eat a lot of lean beef and chicken, some fish. Ok instead let me tell you how my day goes:
7:15 40 grams Whey Shake with Omega 3 Peanut butter
8:00 Whole-wheat muffin
10:00 Protien Bar
12:00 8 oz Steak with Baked potato butter only
3:00 Protien Bar (They are free)
5:00 40 Grams shake and NaNO Vapor (Pre-workout)
7:00 40 Grams Protien and Nitro Tech grilled chicken salad light dressing (red wine)
9:00 Three spoon fulls of cottage cheese with non-fat yogurt.
Some days at 12 I will eat a salad or sandwhich with whole grain bread and turkey or ham. I cannot eat tuna or salmon it makes me sick. Any suggestions?
