New Tat
Man I went last week to get a new tat and it hurt. My side is still on fire from Thursday. The new tat mean church in Hebrew and is not finished yet. The bad part is that I cannot go to the gyn for another 3 days till it heals. The bad news is that I have to go back in 3 weeks to finish it up. This was by far the most painful of all my tats and I have a few. I can’t wait to get back in the gym to git rid of some excess fat I have gained over the past few days not eating right and sitting around the house. I have joined the group exercise class and it gives the challange that I need get past my rut. I just need to start eating right again. I am ready for summer to be over so I get back in routine.
