diet and cardio
I have found the more I research that diet and cardio are key to success. I have tried to depend on supps and just weight training with no success. Once I added a clean diet and cardio, I started seeing tremendous results. I also like Lipo 6X this product is the only fat burner that does not make me feel gittery and my blood pressure go sky high. I am going to be out for six weeks but when I return I will ready to get the body I have always wanted. I will probably hire a PT to help me take it slow. However, this site has given me great knowledge.

Larry Scott says diet is 80% of success in bodybuilding.
Its at least equal to training IMO. If you train hard and dont eat right you gain nothing. If you diet but dont train…well that isnt great either but you will lose fat and look somewhat better and be somewhat healthier.
Joe Weider put diet at 60% of a bodybuilders success.
Vince Gironda has said it is 75% or more.
So you can see it is very important. I sadly have been not at the gym that much in the past 2 weeks but have been eating super clean and am still losing fat without any muscle loss.
Back at the gym today and have not lost any strength. Diet again…best of luck!
