So yesterday I went to the gym around 7:15pm…I figured I have been lifting alot lately so I should do a bit of cardio!. I remebered how over the summer I was really into running and I ran alot but alot of time has lapsed since then. I said to myself that I was just gonna get on and run until I could not run anymore….so I hop on put the speed on 6.0 and ran for 20mins straight! That’s a first for me! I can’t wait to hit the gym today!

So today Tuesday,January 8th,2008 I signed up for a fairly new gym called “The Cutting Edge” I like it alot!I After signing up and getting the tour they told me that I had an option of if I wanted an assesment or not. I figured since I was going to take my training seriously that I should, but I was scared to find out something I did’nt want to hear.I wanted to say no but I just had to know!
It wasn’t to bad actually!

Weight:246lbs
Body fat: 22.3%
And a very good heart rate and blood pressure!I can’t wait to see my stats get better!
