HEYYYY!!!!!! Someone says i should be prepped right now for next year! lol. going quite good so far, Diet has been off, cookies, cereal and bar b que chicken and white rice. HA! Just have to get those legs big!

I mostly did calisthenics the past couple of days, no weights, yesterday i fasted for the whole day, three cups of coffee and water and walked around the gym for 2 hours. abs are coming back in slowly but shortly

Been training hard now…..no sex, just plain training, hardcore, getting it in there in the training, non stop everyday training. in my opinion..no such thing as genetics stopping you!!!!
