We had an AWESOME weekend at the May Bombshell Academy!!  14 girls came to Daytona Beach for a weekend of fitness and fun!!  With the new look of figure, there was a lot to cover and the girls learned a ton!  Hope to see YOU at the next camp, June 20-22!!

The deadline to reserve your spot for the 2008 Mike Davies Florida Figure and Fitness Camp held on February 8-10 is Friday, February 1st!
The cost of the entire weekend is only $350 and includes tons of workout, posing classes and lectures with the man who creates the best bodies in our sport!

HOST HOTEL INFO
Please read the following information carefully!
Since it is Race time here in Daytona, I went ahead and reserved room blocks for you girls to ensure that you have rooms and that you get my awesome rate of 50% off!!
If you need a hotel room, I have them available at both the Casa Del Mar and the Best Western Mainsail, both on the beachside.  You will need to reserve your room through me, and unless you tell me otherwize, you will be sharing a room with another camper.  If two of you specifically want to stay together, just let me know.  Here are the rates:
$80 for the entire weekend (covers both nights) if you share with another girl.
$160 for the entire weekend (covers both nights) if you want a room to yourself.
Simply reserve your room through me, and you can pay me when you get to camp.
The rooms at the Casa sleep two and have a kitchen.  The rooms at the Best Western Mainsail sleep four (I will only put two to a room unless otherwize requested) and do not have a kitchen.  You can request either hotel as long as I have availability.

The first Bombshell Academy Weekend Camp for 2008 has been scheduled!!

January 18-20 is the weekend to be in Daytona Beach to get started on YOUR successful 2008 Competition season!

At this camp you will learn the training style of the top NPC and IFBB Pro Competitors!  Plus, you will learn the second to none “Bombshell Stage Presence” techniques, get all of your toughest competition questions answered, meet some GREAT new girls and have a TON of fun!  Plus, you will receive a month’s worth of workouts and diet based upon your physique and contest schedule!  We will also help assist you in finding the shows that are best for YOU and your physique!

The spring shows are right around the corner, and January is the time to get your prep into high gear!

 On Thursday, I filmed a National commercial for Geico Insurance!!  I play a guys "protection plan" for his new ATV!  It’s really funny and will air Nationwide within a couple of months!!  Keep an eye out…you will get to see me looking "mean and intimidating!!"  Grrr Tee-Hee!!
