Well…..the West Palm show went GREAT!! I got my best call outs to date since turning pro and I couldn’t be happier!! There were 20 girls in the show. Here’s my breakdown:
2 Piece - 10th
1 Piece - 9th
45 second routine - 8th
2 minute routine - 10th
I know those placings may seem low to some of you, but you gotta remember this is the Pro’s and I am up against girls the likes of Julie Palmer, Julie Lohre, Heidi Fletcher, etc. SO…. to score within the top 10 of such an impressive lineup is awesome! I am stoked and ready to start on my off season prep so that I can score even higher next season!!
Thank you times a million to everyone from Florida who was there and supporting me at the show! There is nothing better than coming out on stage and hearing love from the crowd. THANK YOU all for making me feel so good!! You have no idea what it meant to me!!!
That’s all for now….back to the gym I go!! :)

I am 5 minutes away from leaving for the Palm Beach Pro! We stopped in at the Ormond Beach Club so that I could run my routines one last time! I’m all done, they went great, I feel strong and am ready to go!!
The car is packed, Babette (my persian) is packed up for the trip and we are ready to make the journey and have some fun!!

Only a few days left until the Palm Beach Pro!
I am truly excited for this show because a lot of my friends from Daytona are making the trip down to watch. I also have a lot of figure, fitness and bodybuilding friends from all over Florida who I have been blessed to have met and spent time with backstage over the years. It’s going to be a ball to compete with all of them around! That’s the fun part! Once you turn pro, most of the shows are way across the country and you don’t have the local support like you did in the NPC. So, this will be a special treat for me to have everyone there! I would appreciate if all you Floridians would help represent our state and be LOUD for me at pre-judging….I need all the help I can get!!!
I also have five Bombshell Girls competing in the NPC division of the show and it is SO great to be competing with them as well!!
At this point, I am feeling great and am bringing my best possible package to the stage. It’s almost here and I’m ready to have some fun!!!
Thanks to EVERYONE for all of your kind words and encouragement, it means more than you can ever know!!

I only have a week and a half until my last show of the season! I am SO excited because I feel as if I’m bringing my best physique to the stage yet!
Competing is all about challenging YOURSELF and getting better show after show….if we can do that, then we have already WON!
To my fellow Floridians….I would REALLY appreciate your support at the show! The Pro Prejudging starts at about 11am and I could use some love from the audience! For more info about the show go to palmbeachpro-am.com

Hey girls! On Sunday, September 23rd in Lakeland, Florida we will be holding a charity figure and fitness seminar titled, “What the Judges Are Looking For in Figure and Fitness”! This MUST ATTEND event will cover all aspects of our sport from training to tanning tricks to posing and presentation and everything in between!
PLUS, our special Guest Speaker is none other than the NPC Central Florida Chairperson and NATIONAL judge, Pete Fancher!! This is YOUR chance to learn from a National Judge about what they are looking for in our sport!! Pete has promised to be active throughout our seminar and will hold nothing back!!

Wow! What a great show! The Pariso’s outdid themselves again this year with a FANTASTIC show! I had a GREAT time with all the girls backstage and it was a ton of fun to see everyone again! Bodybuilding.com had a HUGE booth that was always packed and was AWESOME!!
I was thrilled to have made my highest physique score as an IFBB pro!! After the two physique rounds I was in 12th out of 26 girls. This may not sound so exciting at first, but you have to remember…the Pro Stage is filled with the best bodies in the world! I was only 2 spots away from cracking the Top 10…and am already back at it…working towards that goal!
My usually strong routine pulled my overall placing down this time. The day before I left for Texas I tore a small tendon in my calf and spent the day in the Orthopedic Surgeons Office! He gave me some non-narcotic pain medicine and told me that performing would be VERY painful and not advisable. Not being one to quit…I went back to the gym that night and limped through my routine, re-choreographing and pulling out every jump, turn and leap. During the show, every move on stage was painful, but I made it through!! Needless to say, the "wow factor" suffered and my scores were a reflection!
The calf thing was a bummer, but it can’t ruin my excitement of the physique placing! I am more determined than ever!!

Tonite I am posting some pics we took late this afternoon during and after my training/posing session at the spur of the moment. They’re kinda neat…I’m not made up or anything and am still sweaty from training. Something different just for fun…let me know whatcha think!
