Wednesday, March 14th, 2007*****Hey Girls!! Hopefullly by now you have seen my article “Girl Talk” in Southern Muscle Plus!! It is a fun, informative article about what is going on with YOU…the girls of the NPC and IFBB! Anything from getting engaged to landing a supplement deal to starting a new job…ANYTHING… we want to know it ALL!! Send your info and a clear JPEG pic to me no later than March 20th and I will get YOU on the pages of the magazine that is sent to every gym and health club in the Southeast!!
*****FYI…due to Bombshell Academy this weekend, there will be no Sunday Fitness or Posing Practice! It’s still not too late to squeeze in to this weekends camp! I GUARANTEE that even the veteran competitor will walk away with a TON of new knowledge and motivation!!
*****For those of you competing in the 2007 Southern USA/Shannon Dey Classic, the deadline for your friends and family to wish you luck in the program is MARCH 24!! Your family and friends can purchase an ad (for a low cost) in the official show program to wish you luck!! They can include your picture or whatever you would like!! E-Mail me back for more info!!
*****The new 2007 “Bombshell Boutiqe” clothing line is in production!! In addition to the line that I sell at the shows I am doing a limited edition warm-up suit that will ONLY be sold to girls on my e-mail list/MySpace/BodySpace Friends. It will be a GREAT new style in the signature black and pink!!! Let me know if you are interested and I will reserve yours!!
I hope everyone is training hard and ready for the 2007 season!! I went to my first show of the year last weekend and it was GREAT to be back and see some of my figure and fitness friends!!
