Hey Everybody!! The 2007 Southern USA/Shannon Dey Figure and Fitness Classic is only 7 weeks away!!! I hope that everyone is doing well in their preparations and REMEMBER…HAVE FUN with all of this!!

I am holding a camp in Daytona Beach on March 16-18 for girls who want to compete, but have not yet stepped on the stage!  You will learn everything you need to know in order to step on stage for your first time FULL of confidence!!  It will be a weekend of workouts, posing, information and fun!!  All of the girls will be new to the sport just like you…so you can feel free to ask ANY questions you may have!!  Check out my website at shannondey.net and click on the "March Bombshell Camp" link!!

We had a GREAT time at Mike Davies Figure/Fitness Camp here in Daytona last weekend!!  25 girls from all over the country came to Daytona for a weekend full of awesome training, great information, SORE muscles and a lot of fun!  If you missed this camp, you can always go up to Ohio to train with Mike…he offers camps in Ohio every weekend!!  For more information visit his website at mikedaviesfitness.com
