Missed traing yesterday due to the floods in sheffield england, so training my back today. Keeping it simple. Wide grip pull-ups, T bar rows, Hyper extensions, seated narrow grip rows. Moving to france in 3 weeks, so training in my garage from then on.

Its a Friday, which means i am training by arms today. Had a good week this week, no PB’s but still lifted as heavy as i could every day. I am ready for the weekend. A few beers and a bit of cheats food.
