I’m Better Now!!!

My coach gave me some time off to rest and watch some Futbol action. After that I drank some tea my friend gave me. She still won’t tell me what it is, But I woke up this morning and my knee wasn’t  stiff at all. Thanks everyone for trying to help me with my problem.

Knee pain 2,IT’S WORSE!!

I wake up this morning  and instantly i’m hit with horrible pain in my knee and it’s stiff. Can anyone help me out with this?

Lately I’ve been doing alot of training especially on my legs. But while practicing yesterday, my knee’s started to ache and pain. The pain is more towards the front of my knee, but hurts pretty much every where else too. I was just wondering if anyone could help me find out what the pain is. How to fix it, and prevent its reaccurance. Note: I’m heavily active, doing Parkour, Martial Arts, and weight traing in the same day, This is my assumed problem, but why now would my knees hurt?

How much weight is healthy to lose in a week?

Lately while practicing with my Parkour team I’ve been losing a lot of weight, as of right now I have dropped 9 and a half pounds. Oh yeah we started training only about 4 days ago, someone help me out with this.

Ha!!, Last night I shut the mouths of every doctor, bodybuilder, and fighter in the Gym with me. After coming off of almost a month of brutal 2X training, I out-lifted, and out-fought, a man 12 years my elder. The training techniques I’ve been following are really paying off and i’m gaining strength, speed and skill, everyday.

 

P.S hows a guy get more friends on this site,LOL.

Well I’m back.

Hey everybody, i’m back after a couple of weeks of good training. I’ve been training for upcoming fights.My skills have improved tenfold all thanks to my new training system. My new workout consists of several different types of training including balance, speed, skill, technical ability, form and let’s not forget strength and power(not the same thing where I come from).It’s a seven days a week 4-6 hours a day workout with some of the most off the wall exercises and skill builders. If anyone is interested in hearing more on this training type or would like to just get interested in Martial Arts period send me a message or write me a comment and i’ll get back to you ASAP.
