Cardio 6am empty!!!
Tuesday, October 30th, 2007As of today i have started getting up at 5:50am and driving straight to the gym, and doing 45mins cardio and abs every day,
Then coming home having a protien drink, half an hour later ill have breakfast. Now my question is should i train empty or at least have a protein drink before i go to gym in the morning as ive been fasting all night, i dont wont to be counter productive by doing something wrong, this is the 1st time ive taken cardio serious and would like to keep this routine up,
anyway after training in the morning ill eat good all day then about 8 or 9 at night ill go training- does this routine sound ok any reply s would be great thanx shane
