It started off great lots of good things going my way then February i had to leave my job for 8 weeks which was an admin error on their part, so 8 weeks of no money thus no training or correct nutrition killed me, i have been back their now nearly 4 months and im just getting back to training too i miss this life, the great friends i have made thank you for the positive messages i am now going to continue my training and hopefully compete in the future..

I have been away for a while doing various things and have had a good think over things, and there is so much wasted talent on this site, and people dont get the recognition they deserve,
But you guys should seriously get into doing a little bit of modeling as you look alot better than the current lot, also even if you did once for a laugh what have you lost eh?? you’d have some great pics for your profile though..
I know a few of you on here have already done this but join up to modelmayhem.com and modelbrigade.com and get yourself out there, its a fantastic experience and i wish somebody had written a blog like this for me to of found these sites a little quicker any way if you do decide to join pm and ill give you my profile addy on them

I have been offered by 2 great photographers for a couple of shoots, 1 in a studio and 1 outside, both of which i am really looking forward to, The studio wants to include Jeans/sportswear/underwear and muscle shots, still talking the other guy but the shoot will be in essex/london,
So i will have some great professional shots to stick on here soon
I am also planning on entering the mens health photo shoot in the summer so hopefully this will be my year
I’d like to thank all my friends and family for all the support and love (you know who u are)
Last but not least thank u to amanda for giving me the best year of my life so far, she helps with my training nutrition and now even helps with my sleep, so thank you this has been my most productive/confidence building year xxx

As you know from my last blog i finally met up with a long time friend who i had been talking to for a long time on bb.com,
This time he came up North to visit and stay at mine, this is what happened:
Mike arrived at 13:35 met him at the train station and took him straight round my uncle johns (hercules_53), as they had been talking for a while online too, we had a great old chat and Mike had a quick 20min nap so we all ate(long journey), then mike came round so john cooked him some grub up, and we then picked Kylereece_92 up and we went to the gym and we blitzed bis/tris, (still hurting now), we dropped kyle and john home and then for a carvery dinner, hmmm. Then went home for an early night as i had just come off night shifts and mike had that terrible journey,
Next day we got up and went for a walk along the beach, Then went to town for a wander around before training chest that was a killer too, My girlfriend was taking pics, We then went round my unles for dinner and ended up playing on the nintendo wii all night did not help the arm situation at all, that was an awesome night
Sunday we get up and go train back with kyle, mike out lifted me and kyle trust me his alot stronger than he looks
Then off we went for another carvey meal, i managed to talk the cook into letting me finish off a huge chunk of turkey lol, Then at 17:32 mike left to go home, we had a fantastic weekend mike thank u, your friendship is apprieciated you are a great man and an awesome laugh, come back anytime..
Also for people who say only weirdos talk to u on the internet this is not true mike is one of the most honest and sincere people i have ever had the pleasure to meet, so never judge a book by its cover as they say.
Also carla when u read this we where thinking of you, wish u could join 1 of our future meets

Satuday morning wake up after 4hrs sleep and after having a drink, (feeling rather rough)
Me and manda get on the train to meet mike in london, once we arrive at fenchurch street we couldnt see Mike so we decided to use the toilet, bearing in mind we feel worse as the train was not kind to our little hungover heads
Once downstairs as we enter the toilet area, we heard "hello" and there stood Mike towering both of us, what a place to meet eh, he then assured he did not lurk around the train toilets usually lol, What a relief at last the guy i have been speaking to for many months is really standing there and he really exists wow,
So off we went (after visiting the toilet) to covent garden, we went and had a star bucks, mike had a water due to never trying caffeine ?? When we sat downstairs it felt as if we had known each other for years and there was no awkwardness, except for not understanding the star bucks staff as they where all foreign,
We decided to get to the gym asap which was 50feet around the corner, (i wanted to see what this guy had),As we walked into the gym i spotted "MK2004" man this guys pics just dont do him any justice the guys a monster, we said our quick hellos and off we went off to get changed and mike very kindly gave me a red vest he had bought off the net, i love it, we started by doing chins while amanda was taking pics, then over to the cable pulldowns before amanda was told to stop taking pics wtf?? there was nobody worth looking at in this gym after "MK2004" left, so she went off to sit in the cafe area, we finished off on the pulldowns which mike impressed me on, and went over to a fixed deadlift piece of equipment we done a few sets on there, then over to dead lifts which is when mike and me noticed that every guy in there was staring at us like we had just shit in there trainers lol, so we carried on finished off in dead lifts which mike out trained me on damn something to work on eh!! We then proceeded to train rear delts where mike was lifting heavier than me, We then decided to train biceps doing buddy curls, ill explain another time, but we noticed in the gym a little mexican looking dude with the most funny looking TIGHT white shorts we couldnt help cracking up as he was strutting his stuff around the gym and staring over lol, after the buddy curls we agreed that we where done as arms where dead.
We then went to soho for some lunch, we then went on a secret mission around london him in the buggatti and me and manda riding in our DB7, we accomplished the mission but not to liking but it then ended up in the pub after walking around soho and not noticing we where in the biggest sex district in london, so we went to china town to a pub which was annoying as we could hear each other talk really, so we went to a little quiet backstreet pub and met a lady who was extremly happy we couldnt blow up condoms with our noses lol random people eh, we then had to part our separate ways and go home, which was really hard as i kept hugging mike goodbye and not wanting to leave, what a fantastic guy he really is, im so glad i stumbled across this site and made a friend for life, so thank u bb.com and mike for meeting up with me at last, i cant wait for him to come and visit me up north so he can then meet the gang (hercules53, kylereece_92) and we can all go training, really looking forward to it mike thank u once again
Oh and all day we talked about our absent friend carla who couldnt meet us as she has another secret assignment in canada to dispose of oddjob so good luck with that, we where thinking of ya

Warm up-Chins x 10
-T-bar rows -Start with 2 x 20lb plates and add a plate each set until failure-8-12reps
-Wide grip pull downs x 3sets 8-12 reps
-Medium grip pull downs x 3sets 8-12 reps
-Close grip/v-bar pulldowns x 3sets 8-12 reps
-Dead lifts- keep adding 20lb plates until failure
-Chins till failure
I’m not being big headed i just get asked all the time what routine i do so here it is

I have made a few friends on this site 2 who really stick out in my mind are "Kookla" and "tegid", great people who i really enjoy having contact with and i probably would not of met these people or even spoke to them normally this a great site for meeting decent people, so thank u bb.com for bringing these people into my life

I had to go to court on Friday Because some guy who thinks his hard and can take anybody (including myself lol), beat up my girlfriends brother, but he had to have 10people help him do it, so i was a witness to a previous incident where he tried to threaten my gf bro, so Friday was terrible had to wait hours to be called up, my partner went 1st then i was nervous as it was my turn, thanx to a certain somebody on this site they got me through it, you know who u are, as i was called the room was silent and i stood in the box gave my oath, looked round to see who was in the gallery and all his chav mates where sitting there glaring, The prosecution started and asked the questions, which was a breeze but as soon as his defense lawyer stood up she pissed me right off, her first line was "you look like a big guy and u work out" so i said yes, she was implying that there was no need for me to go and get back up on this incident as being my size i should be able to beat the 5-6 lads i saw, stupid comment so i gave her as good as she gave me that afternoon politely of course.
So when that was over i went to have some food then went to the health spa, to relax in sauna and jacuzzi, got talking to a couple in there and they where talking about log cabins, awesome idea, they are dirt cheap and would make a great home, so now my heart is set on that, ill keep my blog posted about it but got plenty of good ideas, just wanna get away from where im living at the moment as gangs of 8-20 lads are constantly giving me shit and its driving me crazy as i know they would not and could not say anything when they are by them selfs,
Back to training fulltime this week woo hoo, thanx for letting me go on

As of today i have started getting up at 5:50am and driving straight to the gym, and doing 45mins cardio and abs every day,
Then coming home having a protien drink, half an hour later ill have breakfast. Now my question is should i train empty or at least have a protein drink before i go to gym in the morning as ive been fasting all night, i dont wont to be counter productive by doing something wrong, this is the 1st time ive taken cardio serious and would like to keep this routine up,
anyway after training in the morning ill eat good all day then about 8 or 9 at night ill go training- does this routine sound ok any reply s would be great thanx shane
