you know that feeling when you are working out or just get done and you flex and what ever muscle group you just worked is bigger then before casue you just worked it to its max and you just feel awesome i love that feeling its the best

i’m looking to find a good baseball routine that foucus on devolping the core muscle back and shoulder as well as with legs to that i could start doing. if anyone knows of a website or link on here that’d be great if u’d let me know. or if anyone else plays baseball and has an offseason routine they do that they’d like to share that’d be great thanks
