    Hey, I like this new method of putting down your workouts. This way I can pout about the fact that you are able to do 15 reps of 55#’s on the lying leg curls. I can only do 8 reps at that weight. YOU GO GIRL!

    Hmm, box squats. I keep thinking I need to find a way to improve how low I’m going on squats.

    Of course, I don’t have the machines to do curls and extension either. *cry*

    must be something on the astral plane - it was leg day in sarasota too, ecept in FL we jump rope in between all sets so we feel superior to all NE leg dayers.
