Workin’ It

I just did cardio in my granny nightgown decorated with little ruffles and tiny pink roses.

Cardio:  500

    Hmm, it’s going to suck having to wear more (well, a shirt) if I join a gym at some point. But a granny nightgown? Better to just go without, methinks.

    I’ll give ya 5 bucks to wear that to the gym. A few mths ago I saw a lady on the treadmill with her hair up in curlers. I’ll give ya 10 bucks if you do both Shannon. :D

    I admit that I have gotten in a workout or two at a hotel gym or the gym in my hometown when I’m traveling and forget to bring a pair of shorts.

    Last time was a pair of PJ pants. flip flops and a wife beater at my old gym on a trip home. Everybody looked, nobody said squat. Hmmm. Maybe I need to try that more often?

    guess that goes to show… all conditions don’t have to be "just right" to fit in a workout. Looks like you’re taking Nike’s advice, and ‘just doin it’. My trainer always says, ‘if you want it bad enough, you’ll find a way!’, and I believe that wholeheartedly. I don’t know if I’d have the courage to walk into a public gym in my nightie, though… :)

    Awww man not the granny nightgown…..next thing you’ll be doing squats with cold cream and rollers…..this does nothing to help us guys get through the day, just so you are aware. ;)
