HELL WEEK Is Over!

I finished the last of my Hell Week tasks.

Today was 1/2 mile of walking lunges.  The last time I did Hell Week, I was assigned to do 1/4 mile walking lunges and completed it in 21 minutes.

This time, I completed the 1/2 mile in 28 minutes.

Janthony said I could complete it in 25 minutes.  So, next time, I’ll set out to beat that time.
