Hey, they were doing ‘corn cob’ pull-ups!! I can’t do them, but it’s in the P90X workout! The guy on the fence who does the pull-ups from side to side and then in and out is doing corn cobs! I keep saying I want to be able to do just ONE of them!! So far, it’s been a no go. But I’m still working on it! lol
