cottage cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup blueberries
Weight Training: legs, abs
Cardio: 600

I love lasagna!! I’m still trying to find a healthy recipe for it that tastes good! I hope your trip was a ton of fun!!
