He’s Training To Be A Bird

This boy wants to fly.

How NOT to do Cable Crossovers!

Weight Training:  legs

Cardio:  500
Breakfast:  2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites (24 g prot)

maltex (5g prot)

milk (4g prot)

coffee

Snack:  chicken (21g prot)
cottage cheese ( 12g prot)

Pregym:  protein shake w/ milk (32g prot)

Postgym:  protein shake w/ milk (32g prot)

Lunch: salmon (20g prot)

pineapple

Dinner:  steamed shrimp and mixed vegetables (20g prot)

    OMG that made me laugh. Apparently from the comments on youtube, someone tried helping him, but he didn’t take the suggestion.

    He’s got lofty goals.

    That’s what I thought too…….there’s injury coming in the near future for this guy. I see so many young guys at the gym throwing weight like that, in order to lift twice the weight they should be doing. I’ll take my lighter weights & better workouts…. :D

    If you look carefully he isn’t actually using much weight.

    I guess he just figures he doesn’t need his shoulder joints

    Man look at the stack. That’s like 25 lbs. 30 most. Like Stryka said not really that much. Same dude prolly flexed in the mirror when he was done.
