No sob story, but I wasn’t able to make it to the gym because of a migraine I came down with in the early a.m. and it just let up about an hour ago, so I made myself get down to my elliptical and got my cardio done.
Fuuuuuudge.

You should try taking that Exedrin for migraines. I know it works for me.

Well, the important thing is ya got it done. Mad props to ya Shan. I got my session here in about an hour, but have no clue as to what exactly Im doing in the gym. I just want to go. Know any full body exercises that involve the arms very little or hardly at all?

Well kudos to you girl for getting anything done after have such a bad headache. Love your dedication.
