I Challenge You To Find An Easy Way To Get A Six Pack…..

…..because they failed with this invention:

Scott Mills tries the Hawaii Chair

Weight Training:  Legs, tris

Cardio:  500 in 21 minutes (DOUCHE BAG)
Breakfast:  5 eggs (2 whole, 3 white)

whole wheat toast

coffee w/ milk

Lunch:  can o’ tuna

Dinner:  steamed shrimp and vegetables

rice
