I Wanted To Be Laura Ingalls When I Was A KID

For the unaware, read the comments in yesterday’s post.

Cardio:  (1st session) 500 + (2nd session) 500 = 1000 calories

Breakfast:  5 eggs (2 whole, 3 whites)

whole wheat toast

coffee w/ milk

Snack:  cottage cheese

baby carrots

Lunch:  tuna sandwich on whole wheat

Snack:  almonds

Dinner:  salmon burger

mixed vegetables

    Good Morning,
    I just wanted to let you know in regards to your post a few days ago baout the frootloops that Muscle and Fitness actuallt listed them as a great item to eat as soon as you get up before you work out. Page 256 in Feb09…
    Anyway, I enjoy your blogs. Keep up the working out!!!! Looks like your off to a great start this year

    ahahaha…its eggs again today too!!! we get them at Sam’s club in the 18 packs…(our version of a henhouse…lol)

    18 packs?! I bought 7.5 DOZEN in a box from Sam’s about 3 weeks ago and today they are gone. It worked out to be about $1.30/dz. A store had them on sale for $0.88! I bought 6. Love my eggs! I usually eat 4/day in my prot. pancake. Heck, I just might buy me some chickens!

    I forgot to buy tuna yesterday…damnit!

    Haha, your blog is kind of like an inspiration to my groceries list. I keep thinkin ‘Oooo, I need to get me some of that too!’ Dangit, Shan, why didn’t you eat tuna yesterday! I would have remembered to get some while I was out. Way to go….haha
