coffee w/ milk
Snack: cottage cheese
baby carrots
Lunch: tuna sandwich on whole wheat

Dinner: salmon burger
mixed vegetables

I just wanted to let you know in regards to your post a few days ago baout the frootloops that Muscle and Fitness actuallt listed them as a great item to eat as soon as you get up before you work out. Page 256 in Feb09…

ahahaha…its eggs again today too!!! we get them at Sam’s club in the 18 packs…(our version of a henhouse…lol)

18 packs?! I bought 7.5 DOZEN in a box from Sam’s about 3 weeks ago and today they are gone. It worked out to be about $1.30/dz. A store had them on sale for $0.88! I bought 6. Love my eggs! I usually eat 4/day in my prot. pancake. Heck, I just might buy me some chickens!

Haha, your blog is kind of like an inspiration to my groceries list. I keep thinkin ‘Oooo, I need to get me some of that too!’ Dangit, Shan, why didn’t you eat tuna yesterday! I would have remembered to get some while I was out. Way to go….haha
